An MBA from London Business School, Sonal has had over 15 years of experience in executive search & selection in India and manages Accord Group India since 2005.  Apart from client engagement across sectors, she leads the Professional & Financial Services practice and personally runs searches in the investment banking area.

Sonal serves on the global management committee, and is the Regional Head – Asia Pacific for AltoPartners, a global partnership of executive search firms in 24 countries. She has served on the boards of ABC Consultants India, ABC Consultants Singapore and Watson Wyatt India, and is a member of the YPO, (Young Presidents Organization) a peer network of 20,000 global leaders in 100 nations. She was named by Businessweek as one of the 150 Most Influential Headhunters in the World, 2008.

Toral has over 15 years experience in executive search & selection. India. She is nationally responsible for the Consumer, Retailing & Real Estate practices for Accord Group India. In addition she has run searches in the areas of services, human resources, finance, media and telecoms. Previously, she managed a significant portion of the group’s operations in India & Middle East.

She serves on the boards of Accord Group India, ABC Consultants and is a member of the Bombay chapter of the EO (Entrepreneurs Organization). A graduate of Sydenham College, Bombay, she did her post-graduation in Personnel Management from the University of Bombay and the Accelerated Development Program from London Business School UK.

Venkat has over 20 years of experience in management consulting, operations and executive search, and has worked extensively in the areas of organizational re-structuring, systems and planning. He leads the Industrial, Manufacturing & Infrastructure practices for Accord in India and has conducted top management searches for large business groups across functional disciplines for over 15 years. A Mechanical Engineer, Venkat also holds a postgraduate diploma in Industrial Engineering from NPC.

Rekha has spent over a decade in the executive search profession, and leads the Media & Communications practice at Accord. She runs searches at senior levels in the areas of television, print, radio, animation, film, multiplexes and advertising. Additionally, she has worked in the consumer and services practice. Her previous experience has been with Maersk and with a leading event management firm. Rekha holds a post graduate degree in Industrial Psychology from Bombay University.

Joseph has close to two decades of experience in Executive Search & Selection in India and the Middle East. Responsible for the Services practice at Accord, he covers Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Logistics and Transportation, has previously worked extensively with clients in the Consumer, Retail, Services, Telecom, Healthcare areas where has completed a number of business leadership and functional head assignments. Joseph is a graduate from HR College of Commerce & Economics and PGDBM from the Xavier Institute of Management.

After graduating from Ruparel College in Bombay, Guru completed his MBA from XLRI (Finance & Marketing) Jamshedpur in ‘93.  A serial entrepreneur, Guru has set up and grown businesses from ground-up in the areas of financial software (Credence Analytics) and financial research (Verity Analytics), as an entrepreneur. He has over 15 years of business development experience in India and the region. Focussed on searches in the Technology, Telecom and ITES, Guru also oversees Accord’s Bangalore office.

Ashish is an Engineer and a MBA, who has had over 15 years experience. He has worked in executive search for over a decade, where he has run searches for Country Heads, Functional Heads, Technical roles for large Indian and MNC organizations in the IT, Telecom and Professional Services industry. Previously, he worked with Korn Ferry, Siemens and Datamatics. He manages searches in the Technology, Telecom and IT enabled services areas, from our NCR | office in Gurgaon.

Jaideep has over 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He has previously worked with Larsen & Toubro, Johnson & Johnson, Baxter and Bausch & Lomb, where he was last the General Manager of the Cataract Business. Most recently, he ran a healthcare consulting business in India and China, with focus on medical marketing and hospital practice management. Jaideep runs the Life Sciences practice at Accord, based out of the NCR office in Gurgaon. He is an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad and a Biomedical Engineer from the College of Engineering Osmainia Unversity.

Fidelis, holds an Economics Honors degree from St. Xavier's College, and has decades of business related professional work experience with companies such as Citibank, Barclays, British Petroleum India, and the Indo American Chamber of Commerce. Additionally he has spend a number of years in executive search in the financial services area, with experience in closing CXO level searches in the HR, Credit & Risk, Corporate Banking, Mid Markets, Retail financial services, Pvt. Banking and Investment Banking
